Haileselassie Tefera and Tsedale Kassahun left the United States to return to Ethiopia with their family in 2008, following the command of God to establish a ministry and reach the unreached people of Ethiopia with the gospel. The ministry in Ethiopia has taken on many forms, from crusades to leadership seminars to an orphanage and the Crosspointe School set up in city of Dukem, and the hand of God is apparent in all the work. The work in Ethiopia has faced many challenges over the years, but Haile and Tsedale have remained faithful in the face of adversity, and God has rewarded their commitment with a flourishing ministry that has impacted thousands of lives for the kingdom of heaven.

God has blessed in such a tremendous way that, in January of 2017, the decision was made to form Ebenezer International Ministries, Inc., which is operated by a board of directors. The function of Ebenezer International Ministries is to place all of Haile and Tsedale’s ministries under one umbrella, to assist with planning and development, to provide oversight and accountability, and to provide a central hub for the promotion of the ministry.
